Return & Exchange Policy
At ShimSwim, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. We accept exchanges and returns for store credit only and do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. If you'd like to start a return, please contact ShimSwimco@gmail.com. Exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached and the hygienic bikini liner fully intact and not removed. Items showing signs of wear, use, alterations, damage, or missing tags or liners cannot be accepted. For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear with removed or altered hygienic liners will not be eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges may be made for a different size or style based on availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. ShimSwim will cover shipping costs for approved exchange shipments. Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to ShimSwim. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. ShimSwim is not responsible for international returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items internationally.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that ShimSwim bottoms are designed to run small. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide prior to purchasing. If you have any sizing questions, please contact us for guidance before placing your order.
